We lease through the experienced brokers on The VIP Team at Compass to find and screen qualified tenants quickly, and in New Jersey it's standard for the tenant to pay the broker fee, so leasing your unit typically costs you nothing. Already have a broker you trust? We'll work with them instead. Birdie is an independent company and isn't affiliated with Compass or its VIP Team.
Maintenance, fully managed
When something needs fixing, your tenant contacts us, never you. We coordinate trusted vendors, schedule the work, and see it through, then hand you one clear, managed bill. No chasing contractors, no middle-of-the-night calls, no guesswork.
Maintenance is a managed service: we source the vendor, oversee the work, and stand behind it. You approve larger repairs up front and always know what's happening with your property.
Rent collection & owner deposits
Rent is collected automatically and deposited straight into your bank account through our software. No trips to the bank and no reminders to send. The money simply shows up.
Tenant relations
We're the single point of contact for your residents. Questions, requests, and day-to-day communication all come to us. Your tenant never has to talk to you, and you never have to play landlord.
