Your property manager handles leasing too, so it's still one contact throughout. We work with experienced local brokers, and in New Jersey it's standard for the tenant to pay the broker fee, so leasing typically costs you nothing. Already have a broker you trust? We'll work with them.

Maintenance coordination

Tenants report issues to us and we take it from there. Scheduling, vendors, follow-up. You're looped in only when you want to be.
